IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
the1r intention to improve 1.5 miles of the Black Point Road by
relocating, clearing, grubbing, grading and draining and installing
72" culvert_
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:
