IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
the~r intention to improve Hemlock Street by clearing, grading, and
draining.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
