ORDER OF VACATION
RESOLUTION NO. ~?-:>y
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report with respect to the vacation set forth in Resolution No. 31-74 adopted
the 24th day of June, 1974, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has been posted and published
for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and pub-
lication being now on file herein, and said Board having proceeded to consider
the report of the Engineer, together with the other evidence adduced, and being
fully advised in the premises, does no find and determine
That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT
All of Blocks 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 together with the following
described streets; Kansas and Colorado Streets lying between the
South line of Columbia street and the North Right of Way line of
U. S. Highway 101. Texas Street lying between the South line of
Columbia Street and the extension of the South line of Lot 7, Block
22. Nevada Street lying between the South line of Columbia Street
and the extension of the South lines of Lot 7, Block 23 and Lot 14,
Block 24. All in the Plat of Belleview located in Section 29,
T. 25 W, R. 2 W.W.M.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
