RESOLUTION NO. -j/jI- ?~
IN ORDER TO CONFORM TO PRESCRIBED BUDGETARY PRACTICES,
BE IT RESOLVED, and the County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized
and empowered to transfer within the Mental Health/Mental Retardation Budget,
the sum of $3,007.00 under classification 562-90-31 to budget classification
562-90-11 and 562-90-13 to be reflected in the amount of $2,520.00 for salaries
and wages, and $486.20 for personal benefits, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the fund now carried on the books of the
County Treasurer as Mental Health/Involuntary Commitment Trust Fund be abolished
and the amount in said fund towit, the sum of $2,068.00, be credited to the Mental
Health/Mental Retardation General Budget.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 26th. day of August, 1974.

Dear Sirs:
I am requesting approval of a budget amendment for the county
Mental Health Program.
The sum of $11,584.91 was designated for Professional Services
with the thought that we might be purchasing services from a
caseworker outside the area on a fee-per-hour basis. As things
have developed, we are able to hire a half-time caseworker be-
ginning July 1, who is well qualified and lives in the area.
She will be a regular county employee on salary with PE:3:rsO:rl~::L
benefits. Therefore I am requesting the transfer of($3007.00)
from the Professional Services category to the Salaries--mm --
Wages category. ($486.20 for personal benefits and $2520 for
salary. )
