WHEREAS, heretofore by motion of the Board of County Commissioners,
Jefferson County, Washington, directed that, under the Federal General Rev-
enue Sharing Act, there be set aside from funds now on hand in the County
Treasury the sum of $100,000.00 for the purpose of creating a building fund
office
to meet anticipated needs of additional county housing, therefore to give
force and effect to said motion
BE IT RESOLVED, and the County Treasurer be and she is hereby
authorized and empowered to establish a fund upon the books of her office to
be denoted as Building Constructio @11R11 'Fund, and to 'transfer
from her unbudgeted account in Federal Revenue Sharing to the above noted
new fund the said sum of $100,000.00.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this gV, O'day of August, 1974.
