RESOLUTION NO. YC: - 7 Y
WHEREAS, this Board has been informed of a commitment
from the united States Government under its Emergency Employ-
ment Act of an amount in excess of $2,500.00 to provide for
salaries and fringe benefits, reimburseable upon vouchers
submitted to the Federal agency administering the Act, and
WHEREAS, the Division of Municipal Corporations has
determined this to be a warrant account and to comply there-
with, a supplemental budget for the Planning Department,
the beneficiary of the commitment, should be adopted to
permit expenditures during the remainder of fiscal 1974, the
same is hereby fixed and settled as follows:
