RESOLUTION NO. tP f~ :;7"" DISBURSEMENT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON I distributing and allocating FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES received by Jefferson County for the calendar year 1974. WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the sum of one million, three hundred seventeen thousand, eight hundred fourty dollars and eighty-three cents ($1,317,840.83) from the State Auditor of the State of vVashington, representing this County's distributive share of Federal Forest Reserve Revenues apportioned by the U .S. Department of Agriculture during the calendar year 1973 and pursuant to the statute of the State of Washington in such cases made and provided it is now the duty of the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to make the proper disposition thereof, and WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given careful consideration to the needs of the County Road System and to the needs of the several school districts of Jefferson County and their necessary administrative requirements, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED and this BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion said sum of $1,317,840.83 as follows: (A) to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance and construct- ion of County Roads during the year 1975, the sum of $658,920.42; (B) to the COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS the sum of $658,920.41, to be distributed as follows: to be apportioned according to attendance in said Districts by the County Superintendent of Schools (LS.D .#114) according to law, as follows: ~"::-~7-~ -..-6"",,;1' .' ," School District No. 20 (Queets-Clearwater) $ 21,593.60 School District No. 46 (Brinn on) $ 10,145.23 School District No. 48 (Quilcene) $ 82,345.23 School District No. 49 ( Chimacum) $156,184.66 School District No. 50 ( Port Townsend) $372,044.33 School District No. 402 (Quillayute Valley) $ 16,607.36 Total $658,920.41 APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th. day of November, 1974.
