IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
the~r intention to improve 0.43 miles of the Black Point Road, Pleasant
Tides Section, by clearing, grUbbing, grading and draining.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

accordance 'With State of' Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
