BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON
In the matter of the Maple Creek Road,) Resolution to Locate
County Road No. 216 -8.63 )

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to $ocate 0.3 miles of the Maple Creek Road (Maple
Creek to Hoh River Section) and conduct soils study.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity; and the Count, Road Engineer _s HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in
accordance uith State of Washington Standard. Specifications for Road and
Bridge Construction as adopted by th:s Board.
