RESOLUTION NO. .?~ - py
Pursuant to directives of the Division of Municipal
Corporations and in order to permit a strict control of
receipts and disbursements under the Mental Health and
Mental Retardation Program of Jefferson County, Washington;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
for Jefferson County, Washington, that the County Treasurer
be, and she is hereby authorized, directed and empowered to
create and establish a fund on the books of her office to
be known and designated as I1Bayshore Special Accountl1, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective January 1, 1975,
all tax monies received by her for Mental Health and Retarda-
tion shall be distributed as follows, to wit:
Fifty per cent thereof to the Mental Health and
Mental Retardation Fund, and fifty per cent to
the fund heretofore designated as "Bayshore Special
Account"; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Treasurer be,
and she is hereby authorized and empowered to forthwith
transfer from the fund, Mental Health and Mental Retarda-
tion, to the new fund, "Bayshore Special Account", the sum
of $141.09.
