RESOLUTION NO. ~- /..1'
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for
Jefferson County, Washington, on this date, has been
unable to reconcile and promulgate an ordinance suitable
to local, health, planning and environmental requirements,
as contemplated by Chapter 106, Laws of the 2nd Extra-
ordinary Session 1972, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of the Department
of Motor Vehicles, acting in his capacity as Administrator
of the Securities Act, RCW 21.20, be, and he is hereby
solicited and petitioned, to the end that no future pro-
motional permits under the Act be processed under the
authority of his office until the local objectives have
been determined.

Resolution No. 6-73 of the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson
County, li'ashington, dated January 25, 1973.
We do not feel that the action by your County is at all presumptuous; to
the contrary, we appreci8.te being informed of your position and your concern
in thi[; area.
Accordingly, we will flag all applications for promotion permits involving
sites in Jefferson County until such time as we are advised further from
your office.
