consent to review for possible funding of the project referred to as
the Jefferson-Clallarn Law Enforcement Radio Network, submitted by the
County of Clallarn and with the cooperation of the County of Jefferson
and certain named cities.
NO'::, THEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Clallarn County
Commissioners is directed to execute on behalf of this governing body
and with the cooperation of the other above-designated governing bodies
of local goverrunents, an application for a grant for Law Enforcement
purposes and special conditions as included in said grant application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the applicant agrees to provide the
required matching funds to said project with specified matching funds
coming from the other above-designated local governments.
AND BE IT }lJRTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hereunder
shall not be used to supplant ongoing law enforcement expenditures.
