INTENT TO VACATE

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners
that it is not in the interest of Jefferson County to have the following described
real estate platted:
The entire Plat of Termination Point, located in
Section 2, T. 27 N., R. 1 E.W.M.
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does no declare its intent to
vacate said Plat, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said
Plat and report his opinion as to whether this real estate should be vacated;
whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof, and all other
facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board, and that such
report be filed as soon a.s practicable.
Adopted this 21st day of May, 1973.
