RESOLUTION NO. �
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for
Jefferson County, Washington, has been for many years last
past providing for the holding of a County Fair under and
by authority of R.C.W. 36.37.010 upon lands and premises
owned by Jefferson County in fee, and
WHEREAS, a question has arisen touching upon a lack
of suitable documentation to comply with the statute above-
mentioned and other pertinent statutes, and
WHEREAS, it is the present desire and objective of
this Board of County Commissioners to conform, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of
R.C.W. 36.37.040, this Board of County Commissioners has
designated, and by this resolution does hereby designate,
the Jefferson County Fair Association, a non - profit corpor-
ation, as the exclusive agency to operate and manage the
Jefferson County Fair for the calendar year 1973, and for
subsequent years until the tenor and effect of this resolu-
tion is repealed or modified.
