,
WHEREAS 1 State of Washington, Laws of 1971, First Extra-ordinary Session,
Chapter 36 ~ 1, provides for the Board of Commissioners to select an alternate date
for budget hearing pursuant to R. C .We. 36.40.070, and
WHEREAS, this Board of Commissioners does now so deem it necessary to
select an alternate date due to the fact that all of the figures necessary for compi-
lation of the budget by the Auditor being not yet available to allow compliance with
said law;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED 1 BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS 1 JEFFER-
SON COUNTY, WASHINGTON 1 that preliminary submission to the County Auditor be
extended to October 15, 1973, with official preliminary presentation to the Board of
County Commissioners extended to November 5, 1973, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by said Board 1 that the alternate date of Decem-
ber 3, 1973, be set for the Budget Hearing.
