RESOLUTION NO. 35 - 73
A resolution of the Board of County ~qw~~.9.PEns
for Jefferson County adopting ~~~~aiM~~y
bUdget for the Current Expense Fund for ex-
penditure during calendar 1973, and providing
for the implementation thereof.
WHEREAS, there has been paid into the treasury of
Jefferson County from the U.S. Department of the Treasury,
Office of Revenue Sharing, sundry funds authorized by Act
of Congress, and
WHEREAS, in order to enable disbursement of a portion
thereof an emergency
budget is indicated in order to comply
with rules and regulations as promulgated by the Division of
Municipal Corporations of the State Auditorts Office of the
State of Washington and State law, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby created and adopted
a supplemental bUdget for the Current Expense Fund Gf this
County for disbursement during calendar 1973, as follows:
County Parks, Maintenance and Operations ....$23,131.00
Youth Work Program

Solid Waste:
Capital outlay ...................53,400.00
Operation and maintenance
....:....
7,600.00
Board of Equalization, administrative expense.. 2,000.00'
Planning Commission, administrative expense... 1,000.00
Shoreline Management Commission,
administrative expense... 1,000.00
Handicapped Workshop Program,
administrative expense.... 5,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer'of Jefferson
County be, and she is hereby authorized and empowered to
transfer from funds now in her hands under the Revenue Sharing

program of the U.S. Government the aggregate of the fore-
gOing authorized and budgeted Current Expense Fund items,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor be, and
she is hereby directed to cast her books in manner and form
so as to meet the Standard of Practice as set forth by said
Division of Municipal Corporations and such regulations as
may be promulgated by the U. S. Department of the Treasury,
Office of Revenue Sharing, so that the objectives herein
sought to be obtained may be properly accomplished.
ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1973.
