RESOLUTION NO .~.J- J$
SPECIAL ELECTION FOR THE FORMATION OF COYLE WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the 10th. day of September,
1973, pursuant to notice given by publication, regarding the formation of a
water district, and the Commissioners having found that said water district
would be condusive to the public health, welfare and convenience and of
special benefit to the land included within said boundaries, and there being
no objection to the formation of said district,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF COMMISSION-
ERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that a special election shall be
held on the 6th. day of November, 1973, at which time all qualified voters
residing within the boundaries of said district shall cast their ballots for
the election of three commissioners and as to whether or not said district
shall be formed.
