Gentlemen:
As you know Bayshore Enterprises Inc. is the recipient of Revenue
Sharing funds through your interest and that of the city of Port
Townsend. 'The county auditor is supervising these monies through
your standard voucher procedure.
'This method is particularly awkward for us at this time since we
do not have enough cash flow to meet our payroll of next month and
our petty cash needs.
'The board of directors for Bayshore Enterprises passed a resolution
at their last scheduled meeting that I request than an adequate sum
from our funds in the county MH-MR. fund be assigned to our bank
account for the purposes mentioned above.
We will have a monthly payroll of $1500 plus some cash purchases so
a figure of $1700.00 would be adequat'e. We would continue to voucher
those items which are paid f6r through local charge accounts.
'Thank you for your continued interest and assistance in our program.
Sincerely yours,
~Mf;Jd~
