RESOLUT ION NO. 5:-1-:lc~/r
DECLARATION OF CANVASS OF ELECTION AND DESIGNATION OF WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a canvass of the election returns of the Special Election
held on November 6, 1973, does designate that a majority of the voters voting
upon Proposition No. I for the Formation of a Water District to be designated
as Jefferson County Water District No.3 of Jefferson County, did vote in
favor of the proposition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, as a result of the above canvass of votes,
do declare that the designated water district as described in Proposition
shall be and will become a municipal corporation of the state of Washington
and shall be known from this day forward as Jefferson County Water District
No. 3 of Jefferson County, Washington.
