IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
thelr intention to improve by installing a culvert, grading and draining
Fletcher Creek Bridge approaches and un-named creek culvert.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated SQ~S in the following detail:

report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Contract in
accordance wHh State of Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
Brldge Construction as adopted by th.s Board.
