Jefferson County, by signature below, agrees to reimburse
the State for the fo 11 0\'11 ng servi ces as pro'li ded by the Department of
Highv/ays in connection vlith county road project 345, F.A.S. Route 497,
Jefferson County Road No. 18, Quilcene-Center.
Description of Work:
Laboratory and contract administration expenses
It is estimated that the cost of the work described above will be
approximately $ 2,500.00
Payment shall be made upon presentation of progress billings by the State,
anJ \l/it!;i nth,; rty (30) days after the county has recei ved each bi 11 i ng.
Jefferson County agrees further that if payment for pro-
gress billings is not made to the State within forty-five (45) days after
the county has been billed for the \'Iork, the State may ItJithhold any monies
which the county is entitled to receive from the Motor Vehicle Fund and
apply the v/ithheld monies to the amount billed by the 'State until
satisfied.
