INTENTION TO VACATE
RESOLUTION NO.
11-72
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commis-
sioners that it is not in the public interest to continue to maintain as a part of
the County road system:
All of West Leland Road, County Road No. 30-7.85 in its entirety.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute, R.C.W. 36.87.010, the
same are useless, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its
intention to vacate and.abandon said roads, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine
said roads and report his opinion as to whether these county roads should be
vacated and abandoned; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions
thereof, and whether it will be adviseable to preserve said roads for the county
road system in the future; whether the public will be benefited by the proposed
abandonment, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance
to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon as practicable.
Adopted this 27th day of March, 1972.
