TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS
TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK
Before the Board of County Commis'sioners of
Jefferson
County, Washington.
It is HEREBY RESOLVED by the board of County Commissioners that the Dir~ctor of
Highways is authorized and directed to
provide asphalt plant inspection and related services
for Jefferson County Road Project Oak Bay Road
to the amount of Two Thous~nd Seven Hundred Fifty &~0/100----($ '2.750.00 ) Dollars,
being an amount not in excess of the amount of money now credited or reasonably anti~
cipated to accrue to Jefferson County in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the
1971-1973 biennium, and
Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of fuel
tax revenues to Jefferson County, from the Motor Vehicle Fund, an amount not in
excess of the above specified sum, for the use of the Director of Highways to defray
the costs incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon comple-
tion of the aforesaid work, a statement having been furnished Jefferson County of
the cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is
made to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost
from the funds withheld, however, not to exceed the above specified sum with any unex-
pended balance to be released to Jefferson County and to be included in the next
succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments, all in accordance with RCW 47.08.080.
