RESOLUTION NO. 3S - 7~ .
WHEREAS, State of Washington, Laws of 1971, First Extra'"'"
ordinary Session, Chapter 36 !;l 1, does provide that the Board of County
Commissioners may set an alternate date for budget hearing provided for in
R.C.W. 36.40.070, and
WHEREAS, this Board does now so deem it necessary to
select an alternate date due to the lack of all figures necessary to the
County Auditor for compilation of the budget being not yet available to allow
compliance with said law;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF COMMIS-
SIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that preliminaries submission
to the County Auditor be extended to October 16, 1972, with official prelimi-
nary presentation to the Board of County Commissioners by Auditor, extended
to November 6, 1972, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by said Board, that the alternate
date of December 4, 1972, be set for the Budget Hearing.
