RESOLUTION NO. ,,3? - ? /
This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the County Road
Engineer's report with respect to the vacation and abandonment of those
portions of county roads set forth in Resolution No. 40-70 adopted the
7th day of December, 1970, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by
law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein,
and said Board having proceeded to consider the report of the Engineer,
together with the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in
the premises, does now find and determine
(1) That those portions hereinafter described are not useful as
parts of the county road system;
(2) That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT
1. All those portions of the ola OaR Bay Road, County Road No.
10, from the east boundary of Section 12, T. 29 N., R. 1
W.W.M. northwesterly to the west boundary of Block 8 of
Bayview addition to Hadlock. Excepting therefrom those
portions lying within the rights of way for patted streets
and the Oak Bay Road, County Road ~o. 10, as constructed
under CRP No. 165, approved Aug. 9, 1957.
2. All that portion of the old Quilcene-Center Road, County
Road No. 18, from the northeasterly right of way line of
County Road No. 18-3.50 to the east line of Gov. Lot 4
of Section 5, T. 27 N., R. 1 W.W.M. Excepting therefrom
that portion lying within the right of way of County Road
No. 18 as constructed under CRP N6: 289, approved April
17, 1967.
3. Not to be vacated at this time.
4. Not to be vacated at this time.
5. Not to be vacated at this time.
6. All that portion of the old Port Townsend-Chimacum Road,
County Road No. 12, from the north-south quarter section
line of Sec. 34, T. 30 N., R. 1 W.W.M., northwesterly to
the northeasterly right of way line of County Road No.
12 as constructed under CRP No. 107 (Contract 4510)
approved May 18, 1953.

All those portions of the old Swansonville Road, County
Road No. 90, in the SEe of the SWe and the SWe of the SEe
of Sec. 5, T. 28 N., R. 1 EWM, the NWt of the NEe and the
SEe of the NEt of Sec. 8, T. 28 N., R. 1 E.W.M. Excepting
therefrom those portions lying within the rights of way
for platted streets, the Johnny Werner Road, County Road
No. 90-0.97, and the Swanso~ville Road, County Road No. 90,
as constructed under CRP 105 approved April 11, 1952 and
CRP 100 approved June 6, 1951.
8. Not to be vacated at this time.
9. All that portion of the Wykoff Road, County Road No. 34-0.16,
from a point 50 feet south of the north line of the st of the
SWt of the NWt of Sec. 36, T. 29 N., R. 2 W.W.M., southerly
to Snow Creek.
10. All those portions of the oldChimacum Creek Road, County
Road No. 12-1.54, from the ea~terly right of way line of
County Road No. 12, Airport Cut-off section, easterly to
the north-south quarter section line of Sec. 34, T. 30 N.,
R. 1 W.W.M. Excepting therefrom those portions lying with-
in the right of way of County Road No. 12-1.78, as constructed
under CRP 231, approved Feb. 2, 1962.
11. Not to be vacated at this time.
