TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGH',VAYS
TO PERFOlli~ CERTAIN WORK
Before the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferaon
County, Washington.
It is HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Director of
High~ays is authorized and directed to

Jaffer.on County project. ..oak Bay ltoacl
to the amount of Three thou.and. fi"e huDclred ($ 3.500.00 ) Dollars,
being an amount not m excess of the amount of money now credited or reasonably anti-
cipated to accrue to Jeffer.on County in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the
1969-1971 biennium, and
Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of fuel
tax revenues to Jeffer.on County, from the Motor Vehicle Fund, an amount not in
excess of the above specified sum, for the use of the Director of HighY~ys to defray
the costs incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon comple-
tion of the aforesaid work, a statement having been furnished Jefferaon County of
the cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is
made to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost
from the funds withheld, hov:ever, not to exceed the above specified sum with any unex-
pended balance to be released to Jefferecm County and to be included in the next
succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments, all in accordance with R~V 47.08.080.
