RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PERTAINING TO NECESSARY REASONABLE TRAVELING EXPENSES FOR
COUNTY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES; AND ESTABLISHING MILEAGE
RATES FOR THE USE OF PRIVATE AUTOMOBILES.

WHEREAS, Chapter 4 of the Laws of 1963, permits a travel allowance
up to ten cents Pe r mile for each mile of necessary travel by all Co un t y
Officers, Now, Therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS:
Section 1. That from the date of this resolution, the payment
of ten cents per mile shall be authorized for each mile of travel by Co u n t y
Officers and Employees using private cars on necessary County business.
"
Section 2. That from the date of this resolution, provides for
reimbusement of necessary reasonable traveling expenses including conveyance
hire, for hotel, for restaurant subsistence, and for registration and/or seminar
fees as previously established in Departmental Budgets.
