RESOLUTION NO. 22-71
INTENT TO VACATE
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is not in the public interest to continue to
maintain as a part of the County Road System:
All of Cora Street and White Street lying
between County Road #4, Ness to Flagler
Road and County Road #10, Oak Bay Road
in the plats of Kuhnsville Addition and Bay
View Addition, as shown in the plan of
County Road Project #328, dated February
22, 1971.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute, RCW 36.87.010, the same
is useless, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners
does now declare it's intention to vacate and abandon said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is here-
by directed to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this
county road should be cacated and abandoned; whether any is in use or has
been in use; the conditions thereof, and whether it will be advisable to pre-
serve said road for the county road system in the future; whether the public
will be benefited by the proposed abandonment, and all other facts, matters
and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be
filed as soon as possible.
