RESOLUTION NO. 4/- ?/A
WHEREAS, Chapter 286, Laws of 1971, First Ex. Session, declares
a need for the protection, utilization, restoration and preservation of the shorelines
of the State of Washington, and
WHEREAS, Engrossed Substitute House Bill No. 584, known as the
Shoreline Management Act of 1971, is an act relating to shoreline areas, directing
the counties and cities of the State of Washington in the implementation of said act,
and
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary by the BOARD OF COM-
MISSIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, to appoint a committee to
act as an advisory to said Board, and is to be designated as the SHORELAND
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION for Jefferson County.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the below named persons are
appointed to form the SHORELAND MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION, and
to serve thereon, by the BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
