INTENT TO ESTABLISH COOR'l'Y ROAD
RESOLU'l'IOB NO. $,;( - J /
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commis-
sioners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County
Road system:
The North forty (40) feet of that portion of the Southeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 31, Township
27',North, Range 1 of Vest W.M. lying east of County Road.
No. 20.
and in contemplation of the laD8U&8e of Statute R.C.V. 36.81.010, now there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED, this Board of County COIDissioners does IIOY declare its
intention to establish 8&id road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road. Engineer is hereby directed to examine
said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable, as
to the necessity of the road, as to the proper te1"lll1nal points, general
course and length thereof; and all other facts, matters and things which
will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon
as possible.
Adopted this 27th day of September, 19'71.
