RESOLUTION NO. 3ZA-71
WHEREAS, State of Washington, Laws of 1941, Chapter 99, does
provide that on the first Monday in October of each year, the Board of County
Commissioners shall meet at the, time and place designated by prior notice
to adopt the Budget for the ensuing year; and

WHEREAS, said law was complied with, hearings held at which tax-
payers might be heard and/or given an opportunity to question any part of
the proposed budget; now
THE REFOIU;: , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, meeting in regular session, that the following budget be
and it hereby is adopted as the FINAL BUDGET, JEFFERSON COUNTY ROAD
FUND, and ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM for the calendar year, 197Z.

PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th. day of October, 1971.
