RESOLUTION NO.~;1 /
A RESOLUTION authorizing the continued employment of
a Jefferson County Jail inmate at his regular place
of employment while under sentence as provided in
R.C.W. 36.63.260.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, that said Board does hereby find that the oper-
ations of the provisions of R.C.W. 36.63.260 is feasible and in
the public interest and that the Sheriff of Jefferson County be
and is hereby authorized and empowered to conduct and carry out
the purpose and intent of the substantive law as the said Sheriff
deems practical.
