RESOLUTION NO. 3'/ ?/
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, distributing and allocating FEDERAL
FOREST RESERVE MONIES received by Jefferson County for the calendar year
1971.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the sum
of $909,255.28 from the State Auditor of the State of Washington, representing
this County's distributive share of Federal Forest Reserve Revenues apportion-
ed by the U. S. Department of Agriculture during the calendar year 1970, and
pursuant to the statute of the State of Washington in such cases made and pro-
vided it is now the duty of the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to
make the proper disposition thereof, and
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given careful
consideration to the needs of the County Road System, and to the needs of the
several school districts of Jefferson County and their necessary administrative
requirements, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion said sum of $909,255.28,
as follows:
(A)
to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance and con -
struction of County Roads during the year 1972, the sum of
$454, 627.64;
(B)
to the COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS the sum of $454,627.64
to be distributed as follows: to be apportioned according to
attendance in said Districts by the County Superintendent of
Schools (Intermediate School Distirct No. 114) according to
law, as follows:
