'tlH~~AS. IT APPEARS TO THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. that
the following budgets will not have sufficient funds to maintain itself
for the year 1971. due to emergencies which could not be forseen at the
time of preparing the budgets,
THEREF02:~ BE IT RESOLVED: that there be, and hereby is appropriated
for immediate expenditure the following:
