RESOLUTION NO. ,?'?-7/ WHEREAS, for some time last past the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County has entertained and re- ceived information having to do with the work load imposed upon the Hon. Joseph H. Johnston, and the propriety touching upon the creation of an additional judgeship for the judicial district comprising Clallam and Jefferson Counties, and within the week having reviewed information emanating from the State Administrator for the Courts, this Board finds and determines that the creation of such an additional judgeship is in the public interest, and recognizes the maxim that "justice de- layed is justice denied," therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the sense of this Board of County Commissioners that the legislature of the State of Washington give due consideration to this pressing problem.
