RESOLUTION NO. ~~?/
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that due to the Emergency Employment Act of 1971
and the subsequent determination to award Jefferson County one employee in the

initial award and seven additional employees when the program is underway, of
which the county, city and schools will share,
IT WAS THEREBY DETERMINED that Jefferson County had a need for a
Deputy Sheriff, a Parks Maintenance Man and a Juvenile Probation CO!-1nselor.
Salary and employee fri nge benefits up to 15% each employee to be paid by Jeff-
erson County, then, reimbursed by the Federal Government through the Employment
I
Security Department of the State of Washington, upon proper billing by the County
Auditor.
Jefferson County will furnish in-kind contributions in excess of the
required 15 % .

WE, THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, hereby declare
. a reimbursable emergency and appropriate the necessary funds as follows:
