THE HOUSING AUmORITY OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGlON
AND DESIGNATION OF THE FIRST CHAIRMAN
RESOLUTION NO. 2-70
Resolution Appointing the Commissioners
of the Housing Authority of Jefferson
County
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1-70 declaring the need for a
housing authority in the County of Jefferson, Washington, was
heretofore passed and adopted by this Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the
Housing Authorities Law, as amended, this Board is authorized to
appoint five persons as commissioners of the Authority created
for the County of Jefferson, Washington.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CG1MISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, WASHINGTON:

Bertie Bailey 5 year
2. That Bertie Bailey is hereby designated as the first
chairman of the Housing Authority of the County of Jefferson,
Washington, sealed with its official seal and attested by the
Clerk, shall constitute the Certification of Appointment of the
Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Jefferson County and
designation of the First Chairman and shall be filed with the
Auditor of the County.
