TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHVJAYS
TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK
Before the Board of County Commissioners of
Jeff'erBon
County, Washington.
It is HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Director of
Highways is authorized and directed to perform prelininau:"T engineering, review pl&nll,
advertise for bids and other related work
to the amount of One thousand
being an amount not in excess of the

excess of the above specified sum, for the use of the Director of Highways to defray
the costs incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon comple-
tion of the aforesaid work, a statement having been furnished JetteraOD County
of the cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization
is made to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost
from the funds withheld, however, not to exceed the above specified sum with any
unexpended balance to be released to Jefferson County and to be included in the
next succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments, all in accordance with ROW
47.08.080.
