COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

,
WHEREAS, the Port of Port Townsend has requested the
county to perform certain maintenance and repair on port property
within the City,
WHEREAS, the county has agreed to perform said work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOA~ OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS:
That the agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto,
by and between Jefferson County and the Port of Port Townsend, for
work on city streets within port property, be and the same is here-
by app roved.
