RESOLUTION FOR JUVENILE COURT PROBATION SERVICES
The Board of County Commissi,oners of Jefferson County ,
State of Washington, believe there is a need for a special
supportive program in the Juvenile ,Probation Department in the
adm1nistrationof probation services for the delinquent and in-
corrigible juvenile sin Jefferson County and that funds for such
a program have been provided by RCW 13.06..030 entitled, "Probation
Services-Special Supervision Programs;"
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that pursuant to administrative
Order No.7 of the Department of Insti tuti ons, this Board intends ,
to e~tab1ish a Special Supervis~on Program in thi,s County; make
,application for'funds available under the P~obation Subsidy Bill
with the approval of Joseph H. Johnston, Judge of tbe Superior
'.
Court; designates R.L. Bradley, Chief Probat,-lon Officer, Jefferson
County, Washington, to coordinate planning ,-/-certificatlon, and the
making and submission of claims for reimbursement from the Department
of Institutions.
