IT IS HI:;REBY RESOLVBD BY TEE BOlED OF CCUNI'Y CO:I~ISSIONERS that it is its
intention to improve 5 miles of County Road No. 214 by placing ballast,
top course and constructing a bituminous surface.
BE II' FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums lbn the following detail:

in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
St2te of Washington as adopted by this Board.
