A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF A SEWER
EASEMENT OVER, ACROSS AND THROUGH THE WEST
ONE-HALF OF BLOCK 48 OF THE CALIFORNIA ADDI'1'ION
TO THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND.
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR JEFFERSON COUll'l'Y, WASHINGTON, IN
REGULAR SESSI<:JJ; JSSEMBELD, DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. There is here and hereby granted to the City of
Port TownseQ~, a municipal corporation in Jefferson Coua~y, Wash-
ington, an easement for the construction, installation and main-
tenance of a sewerline, over, across and through the West one-
half of Block 48 in the Califo~ia Addition to t~s"id City of
Port Townsend.
Section 2. The Board of Commissioners of said Jefferson
County be and there are hereby authorized to execute and deliver
an easement granting the right set forth in Section 1 hereof,
in the usual form for easements for the described purpose.
