INTENT TO VACATE

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Con11'1issioners
that it is not in the public interest to continue to maintain as a part of the
County Road system:
All that portion of the Camp Hannony Road, Co. Rd. No. 16-15.11,
in Sections 9 & 16, T. 26 N., R. 1 W., W.1'1. between Station
31+78.1 and Station 54+50.5 as shown on plan of S.R.P. No. D-21
dated, 1'1ay 1937.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute, R.C.W. 36.87.010, the same
is useless, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Corrnnissioners does now declare its inten-
tion to vacate and abandon said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said
road and report his opinion as to whether this county road should be wacated and
abandoned; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof, and
y,lhether it will be advise able to preserve said road for the county road system in
the future; whether the public will be benefited by the proposed abandonment, and
all other facts, matters and things 'Which will be of importance to the Board; and
that such report be filed as soon as possible.
