ORDER OF VACATION
RESOLUTION NO .f~ "Pt'J,/
~~RF~S, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners
that it is not in the public interest to continue to maintain as a part of the
County Road system:
All that portion of the Camp Harmony Road, Co. Rd. No. 16-15.11,
in Sections 9 & 16, T. 26 N., R. 1 W., W.H. between Station
31+78.1 and Station 54+50.5 as shown on plan of S.R.P. No. D-21
dated Nay, 1937.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute, R.C.W. 36.87.010, the same
is useless, now therefore,
it appearing that notice hereof has been given by posting and publication in
manner and form as provided by law, and the Board having considered the report
of the County Road Engineer, and other evidence offered in cormection herewith,
finds that its declaration of intention as contained in said Resolution No.
should be affirmed, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is ordered that

in Sections 9 & 16, T. 26 N., R. 1 W., W.l1. bet;ween Station
31+78.1 and Station 54+50.5 as shown on plan of S.R.P. No.D-21

be and the same is hereby VACATED.
