INTENT TO VACATE

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commis-
sioners that it is not in the interest of Jefferson County to have the
following described real estate platted:
All of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 1 of Williams Addition,
located in Section 31, T. 25 N., R. 2 W.WJ').
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Cowrrissioners does now declare its
intent to vacate said lots, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine
said lots and report his opinion as to whether this real estate should be
vacated; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof,
and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the
Board, and that such report be filed as soon as practicable.
Adopted this 7th day of December, 1970.
