RESOLUTION NO. 43-70
~~IEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners
for Jefferson County, that the Current Expense Budget does not have
sufficient funds to maintain it for the year of 1970, due to the em-
ergency which could not have been forseen at the time of preparing
budgets, and
\\HEREAS, there is a need for Capital Outlay of $2,376.13
to be distributed into the Current Expense Budget,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVES, that there be, and hereby is
appropriated fer immediate expendi ture for the follCMing;
