RESOLUTION NO. 48-70
VJHEREAS, IT APPEARS TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COfv1l\lISS IONERS OF
JEFFERSON COUNTY, that the following budget will not have sufficient
funds to maintain itseXfor the year 1970, due to emergencies which
could not be forseen at the time of preparing the budgets,
lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
that there be, and hereby is
appropriated far immediate expenditure the following:
COUNTY Cal~ISSIOtffiRS for Maintenance and Operation, $102.89
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COtl1l\lISSIONERS OF
JEFFERSON COUNTY, that the following transfers will be necessary in
the current Expense Budgets which have surplus funds in some catagories
and insufficient funds in others, and the County Auditor is auth'otized
to make the transfers:
