WHEREAS, Pope and Talbot Deve1opement, Inco, as owners of the property platted
under the name of Porl Ludlow Noo 1, granted a drainage easement along the souther~
boundaries of Lots 41 and 50 of Area No. 2 and,
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners having received a letter from Pope and
Talbot Developement, Inc. stating that through a drafting error the drainage easement
was shown running along the eoutherly boundaries of Lots 41 and 50 when in fact the
drainage area lies along the southerly boundaries of Lots 42 and 1(9 and,
WHEREAS, Pope and Talbot Deve1opement, Inc as the owner of record of Lots 41, 42, 49
and 50 of Area No. 2 of Porl Ludlow No. 1 has conveyed a new drainage easement to
Jefferson County along the southerly boundary of. Lots 42 and 49 of Area No.2 of the

Plat, of Porl Ludlow No. 1 and,
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners that
it is not in the public interest to continue to maintain as a public easement:
the drainage easement as shown along the southerly
boundaries of Lots 41 and 50 of Area No.2 of the
Plat of Port Ludlow Noo 1
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that the above described ease-
roent be and the same is hereby vacated and abondonedo
