RESOLUTION NO. ~ - In q.
Pursuant to Circular Letter of the Honorable Slade
Gorton, Attorney General ot the State of Washington, under
date of March 28, 1969, concerning prospective recovery
from various asphalt dealers doing business in the State
of Washington under an action eODlDlenced by s aid State of
Washington in the United States District Court, Western
District of Washington, Southern Division, for damages
alleged to have been suffered by the State of Washington
and various ef~ts municipal sub-divisions, due to viola-
tion of certain of the anti-trust 'laws of the United
States, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Prosecuting Attorney for
Jefferson County be, and he is hereby authorized and
empowered to file on behalf of Jefferson County a Notice
of Intervention in said action.
ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 1969.
