RESOLUTION NO. 25-69
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is not in the public interest to continue to
maintain as a . part of the county road systemt
1. That portion of Palomino Lane lying adjacent to
Lots Gt8 and 49 as recorded in Division I of Lazy nc"
RanCh, located within section 34, township 26 north,
range 2 west, W.H.
2. That portion of the Fulton Creek County Road No. 52
:b"ing south of the north line of the southeast quarter
of the southeast quarter of section 30, township 25 north,
range 2 west, W.M.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute, R. C. W. 36.87.010,
the same are useless, now therefore,

,ijE rr RESOLVED,. and this Board of County Canmissioners does now declare its
intent to vacate and abandon said roads, and be it
FURrHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine
said roads and report his opinion as to whether these county roads should be
. vacated and abandoned; whether any is in uSe or has been in use; the conditions
thereof, and whether it will be advisable to preserve said roads for the epunty
road system in the future; 1fhether the public will be benefitted by the pro-
posed abandonment, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of
importance to the Board.; and thi},t such report be filed as soon as practicable.
Adopted this 11th day of July, 1969.
